1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify fbajee2 immediately via support@fbajee2 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never respond to any message that claims to be from fbajee2 and asks for your password, PIN, or full payment details — fbajee2 will never request this information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, fbajee2 is required to verify your identity. You will be asked to provide a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport, and in some cases proof of your registered payment method. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely and used solely for identity verification. • Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on fbajee2. Depositing funds with the intention of immediately withdrawing them without gameplay constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically process in under 60 seconds once approved. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• fbajee2 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may result in a short processing delay in certain cases.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion details for each offer. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Attempting to transfer your account balance or account ownership to another person.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Confirmed underage gambling or failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at fbajee2 staff or other players.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or any form of manipulation of the promotional system.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their fbajee2 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@fbajee2. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and no security holds are in place.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits fbajee2's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by fbajee2's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
